UPDATE

Grandpa is doing great they went in and took the closest tumor and said it did not look cancerous instead of continuing and risking his speech they decided to stop and send it to the lab.. they said it looked like a calcium deposit from radiation on his eye.. but to be safe they are sending it to the lab. If all comes back well he will be done and not have to go back under so keep him in your prayers please.. Granma is doing great a HUGE wieght lifted off her now that he is in recovery and doin good.. he will be in ICU until tomorrow and then moved out and stay another night or two..

Gavin just got done at the dotors and is still having a hard time staying about 90 percent breathing off oxygen so we are going to try another week of oxygen and breathing treatments if it does not clear he goes in for more testing YUCK.. I hope my baby feels better soon I hate the oxygen and treatments myself!!! LOL

Grandpa Norhtrup

Today my Grandpa Northrup is going in for Brain surgery we are all a little worried so if you would please keep him and Grandma in your prayers we would appreciate it.

A few months ago they found 2 spots on his brain and within the last few months they have grown and they also found another one that is bigger that they will be looking at while they are in there if these are cancerous then he will be going in again to get the other one!!

So please all prayers help we love you all and appreciate all the thoughts and prayers thus far!!!

Update on Gavin

So last Monday we ended up in the emergency room with our little Gavin he was having a had time catching his breath and weezing pretty bad... I took him up to PRIMARY CHILDRENS about 10pm when I got there the reseptionist said about 4-41/2 hours before you see a doctor.. At that point I said never mind jumped back in the car and stopped at home told Jesse I was taking him to Jordan Valley to see if I could get him in and transfered up there to Primary's..

We checked in about 11pm and they took us right back is oxygen level was at 80 percent and then kept jumping around and would not stablize they did a chest x-ray and a RSV test along with anemonia.. They all came back NEGATIVE, but he continued having low stats.... so at 7am I talked them into sending him up to Primay Childerens to have him monitered there and do more testing... They called for an abulance and they took Gavin all by himself in the back of that big abulance and that is when my heart broke.. he looked and me and said mum mum.. and I broke down , but I could not go with him I was at the hospital alone so I had to drive the car home so that Jesse had a car and then ended up meeting my dad to pick up Riley and Jesse's dad drove us both the the hospital at this point I had ZERO Sleep and didn't think I could make it to the hospital alone!!!!

When we got there Gavin was with a male nurse at the nusing desk waiting for us to get there they had drawn blood and cleaned his nose and had him on oxygen and he was happy sitting with this nurse looking at pitchers on the computer!! They got bored in the room the nurse said lol.. He also had tatooes all over him and said " I find it funny I am probally the scariest one in here and he only let me be with him, I would leave and he woul dcry so I jsut took him with me!! " That is my boy loves everyone!!!

We stayed over night there again for monitering and again at night his stats still kept up and down without oxygen so we put it back on and did breathing treatments every 4 hours with albuteral!!!

THe next morning the boy across the hall had Swin FLu so I begged them to let me take him home on oxygen if I had to I had done it before!!! THey called the pediatrisian and they agreed that would be fine!!

Well the update came on Friday and when we went in to the office his lungs sounded clear and he was at 99% Doctor said if you didn't have him in the hospital I would think he was healthy.. needless to say it tends to get worse when sleeping so we are still doing breathing treatments and on oxygen while sleeping for 1 week and then go back in to get checked again this friday.....hopfully it is a little better so far he still sounds pretty rattley in there, but we have three more days to improve otherwise more testing and it is a mistery because everything came back NEGATIVE!!!

Gavin is such a good happy baby that EVERYONE said he is to happy to be sick and not feeling good I think there is something wrong with the machine we changed like 4 times befoe they said nope it is right!!!

I love this boy I am so lucky to have such a happy baby he is a busy happy baby now that he crawls and stands and eats everything!! but he is wonderful I couldn't ask for more!!!
